How to Get Your Password?

The process assumes that the Client's Email Address is already set in Citrus Accounting System by updating the Password field on the Client File window.

• On the Member Login window
• Click the Forgot your password? link

• On the Forgot Your Password? window
• Enter your Email address
• Click on Submit button
• The system send an email with your Password
• Please check your Email Inbox or Spam folder

• The System will then find your Account and send you an email with your Password like the screenshot image below:

Note:  If the Client has no password yet, the System will then generate your initial password (6 alpha-numeric characters) which you will use to login. You may change your password upon successful login to Citrus Online Members App site.
